What material do you use to create your products?

All our Personalized Tags are created using COPPER or STERLING SILVER PENDANTS. All beading is created using only Swarovski Crystal.

What happens next?

Each piece is individually stamped, tumbled, burnished, and polished before being beautifully packaged and returned to you ready to wear.  All our pieces are hand made, and therefore no two pieces are alike.  We take great care to ensure that each piece is produced to the highest standards creating an 'Impression That Lasts!'

Are all you pieces sterling silver?

The chains and links that we provide are of the best quality sterling silver.

Are all of your pieces individually handmade?      

Each hand stamped necklace is individually stamped, brushed, textured and oxidized by hand. Therefore no two pieces are alike in finish or lightness/darkness of oxidation.

The 'imperfections' such as floating letters (not perfectly lined up) are part of the inherent character and charm of the piece and should not be considered defects. Please be sure you are fine with this 'imperfection' before purchasing.

How can I pay?

Our website accepts PAYPAL payments by credit card or bank account.  You do NOT NEED a PAYPAL account to use PAYPAL just a valid credit card.   Paypal is a safe and secure way to make a payment.   We also accept Money Order and Cheque.  Please email us at mail@baby-tags.com and we will provide you with additional information.

How long before I receive my piece?

Please allow 2 weeks for completion.

How is my jewelry packaged?

 *NEW*  All off our beautiful jewelry is unique so why should our packaging be any different?

Each piece comes individually packaged in a dainty organza and ribbon bag.  Pink of course!

Also included is tarnish protection, a small polishing cloth and a tiny gift enclosure card.

How do you ship?

Unless otherwise requested all our items ship regular air mail.  Insurance is not required, but recommended. We cannot be responsible for damaged or lost packages once they leave our hands. Insurance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you wish to use an insured or expedited service please contact us.

Do you do custom orders?

 ABSOLUTELY! Just let us know what you would like to say and we will work with you to design your own custom piece.

How do I care for my piece?

We will povide you with a small polishing square that you can use to keep your piece looking like new. Just rub with a fair amount of  pressure and it will remove any tarnish build up.  Other tarnish removers are not recommended as they may remove the depth of your lettering. We will also provide you with an anti-tarnish pad that you should store with you piece when it is not being worn.

 *Avoid wearing jewelry in chlorinated water or around harsh chemicals as it can severely discolor and damage jewelry as well as loosen stones and settings.*
